Craig Blair passed an unprecedented amount of pro-life legislation in West Virginia, effectively making abortion illegal in the state.

HB 302: Prohibits abortion at all stages of pregnancy, except in the case of a medical emergency. Survivors and victims of rape and incest can obtain abortions up to eight weeks of gestation, but only if they report to law enforcement first. Survivors and victims who are minors have until 14 weeks of gestation to obtain an abortion and must report to either law enforcement or get medical treatment for the sexual assault or incest.

HB2002: Established the West Virginia Mothers and Babies Support Program, which allocates $1,000,000 to help pregnant women and families with infants.
